Origin & Sourcing Sourced from organic farms in Sikkim, Darjeeling (West Bengal), Uttarakhand, and North East India. Pods are hand-harvested at maturity, traditionally smoked over firewood, and sun-dried to develop characteristic smoky flavor and dark brown color.
